Process flow
The solution of Limestone crushing production line is actually simple. The solution as follows: the large size rock via the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing operations. Limestone is sent into impact crusher by the belt conveyor to do secondary crushing process. This process is fine crushing. Rock after secondary crushing, it will be screened by a vibrating screen. Those size unqualified lump will be back to impact crusher to be crushed again, until all the rock size meets the particle size requirements.
