It can be widely used in crushing operations such as medium crushing, fine crushing, and ultra fine crushing.
DG series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame, middle frame, lower frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission, hydraulic cylinder, and other components. The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate. The horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the meshing of spiral bevel gears, and the eccentric sleeve drives the movable cone to rotate and swing, thereby achieving continuous crushing.
Working principle

The reasonable coordination of eccentricity, cavity shape and parameters greatly improves the production capacity and efficiency of the equipment.
The fully automatic control system provides multiple operation modes for users to choose from, such as manual control, constant discharge port control, and constant power control. Real-time display of crushing, hydraulic, lubrication, and other parameters during operation. It can continuously monitor the actual load inside the crusher, dynamically adjust the motor power and crusher pressure with load, thereby optimizing the utilization rate of the crusher and enabling the crusher to achieve its best performance at all times.
A structure combining spindle floating and hydraulic lifting control is adopted, which integrates discharge port adjustment and overload protection functions, simplifying the structure and enhancing reliability. The positive pressure dust prevention system is adopted to effectively prevent dust from polluting the lubricating oil and damaging the bearings, thereby extending the service life of the lubricating oil and equipment.
DG series cone crusher has different cavity types for each specification, and the cavity types are easy to replace, adapting to different material supply and discharge requirements, and meeting the different needs of customers. By changing the eccentric distance of the crusher, the throughput of the material can be effectively controlled to ensure the maximum output of the final product.
