Product Introduction:

HPS series hydraulic cone crusher is a new type of high-efficiency cone crusher with international advanced level, developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced crushing technology in the world today. It can be widely used in crushing operations such as medium crushing, fine crushing, and ultra-fine crushing, and is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with hard and medium hardness or above.

The motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main shaft through a spiral bevel gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to perform an eccentric circumferential swing, thereby achieving continuous crushing of the ore.

The crushing occurs between materials, improving the crushing efficiency. Multiple medium and fine crushing cavity types are configured, and only a small number of parts such as the corresponding cavity type liner plate need to be replaced to convert between cavity types.
