Equipment details: Vibrating feeder + 2 sets of Simmons cone crushers + Vibrating screen 2160 + Screw sand washing machine

This customer owns a local batching plant company and used to buy aggregates from other places. In order to ensure the aggregate quality and reduce the running cost, he considered to build a high-quality aggregate production line to supply aggregates for his batching plant.

After receiving the inquiry, oretek engineer in Mongolia invited the customer to meet in Ulaanbaatar and had a conference about the project design.

Then they drove 80 kilometers to the project site and the engineer made a research on the material quality, conditions of topography and water sources. The client accepted the final proposal after twice design improving, and flied to Zhengzhou with his engineer for factory inspection and visited our model production line. Liming’s excellent products quality and high performance of production line won their trust so that the client placed an order immediately. In this production line, all the material will be delivered into the cone crushers and then the final products will be cleaned under the screen spaying system and the screw sand washer, which can greatly ensure the cleanness of the final production and improve the quality of the batching plant as consequence.

After poured into the vibrating feeder by loader, the material will be pre-screened through the grate bars, then screened small material of 0-200mm will be transferred into two cone crushers in parallel mounted. The stones after crushed will be sent to the vibrating screen for fine screening. After this, the material over 20mm will be returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing and the 0-20mm material will be screened down into three piles: 0-5,5-10,10-20mm as finished products. The 0-5mm sand will be delivered into the screw sand washer with the water from the spraying device. Finally, the clean sand will be delivered to the finished stockpile and the wastewater will be drained into the level 3 sedimentation tanks for recycling.
