Performance Advantages
SRM Vertical Mill integrates grinding, drying, classifying, and product conveying, with a simple structure and compact layout, and can be installed outdoors, greatly reducing investment costs.
Compared to traditional vertical mills, the SRM vertical mill transmission gearbox adopts a new structure, which makes the machine have greater bearing capacity.
The hydraulic control system is adopted to automatically adjust the pressure as the material changes, so as to maintain a stable operating state of the mill. Reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of roller sleeves and lining plates.
The vertical mill adopts a thin oil lubrication station and an automatic protection system to ensure safe and reliable operation.
According to the requirements of different materials and fineness, the equipment selects powder classifier with different structures. The powder classifier adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which makes the particle size distribution more uniform and the fineness easier to adjust.
