This project was built in March 2017. After Malaysian expedition visited Oretek and communicated with oretek engineer, it is great praise for oretek on professional proposal as well as factory scale. After visiting lots of crusher manufacturers, they finally decided to cooperate with Oretek. Then oretek dispatched engineer to the site in Malaysia in order to guide the machine installation work and trained the workers how to operate and maintain the equipment. After 3 months, the whole production line was installed completely and handed over to the customer successfully. Until now this production line has been running stably with perfect aggregate shape and good equipment performance for more than 5 years, which brings huge economic benefits and market reputation for customer.

The overall process adopts 3- stage-crushing & 1 closed circuit flow.

The large material will be pre-screened through the vibrating feeder firstly then the 0-150mm stone &slags will be separated by the grate bars and then delivered to an independent screening unit,. This process can ensure the final aggregates to be clean enough. The large material above 150mm will be sent to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then the crushed stone will be delivered to the medium-crushing cone crusher for secondary crushing. After that, the main belt conveyor will take the crushed stones from the cone crusher to 2 vibrating screens for screening and checking, the stones over 31.5mm will be returned to the buffer bin and then another vibrating feeder will feed them into two fine cone crushers for tertiary crushing. The main belt conveyor will send the fine crushed and medium crushed stones to the vibrating screen for screening and checking. The 0-31.5mm stone will be sent to the other two vibrating screens for classification and screening. Finally the customer will get the final classified finished products.
