The mobile plant adopts a combined configuration of MJ-C116 Jaw Crusher Mobile Station + MJ-H300 Cone Crusher & Integrated Screening Mobile Station, specially designed for crushing high-hardness, high-abrasiveness ores such as iron ore. Supported by a track-type self-propelled chassis, it can flexibly adapt to the complex terrain and open-pit operation scenarios of Chilean mines. Without the need to build additional fixed foundations, it can be put into production quickly, perfectly matching the actual demands of mobile crushing and continuous operation in mines.
The whole system adopts a two-stage mobile crushing and integrated screening process, featuring high integration, convenient relocation and stable operation:
Featuring full hydraulic crawler travel, it can move independently and relocate flexibly, adapting to the complex mountainous mine terrain in Chile. No foundation pouring is needed, enabling quick production upon arrival and greatly shortening the project construction period.
The whole machine is reinforced in structure, adopting the classic hard-rock crushing process of jaw crusher + cone crusher, with excellent impact and abrasion resistance. It is specially designed for the high-hardness, high-abrasiveness crushing conditions of iron ore, ensuring high equipment stability and long service life.
With a stable output of 200 tons per hour under standard working conditions, it excels in continuous operation, meeting the demands of large-scale and continuous mine production and effectively improving the efficiency of iron ore crushing and processing.
Crushing and screening are integrated in a centralized control system, with intelligent coordinated control, one-key start/stop and real-time monitoring of operating parameters. Universal wear parts and easy to replace, lowering the overall operation and maintenance costs.
It adapts to harsh environments such as open-pit mine operation, strong wind and dust, and large temperature differences. Optimized sealing and dust-proof designs ensure more reliable equipment operation.
