A complete 250 TPH granite crushing and screening production line has completed manufacturing, full-machine inspection, packing and shipment, and is on its way to Russia. Production Line Configuration & Process Description

The whole line adopts a mature process of two-stage crushing plus finished product screening, with smooth flow, compact layout and economical energy consumption:

1. Primary Crushing Stage: C106 Jaw Crusherresponsible for primary crushing of raw granite ore, it features large feed size, strong crushing capacity and a sturdy structure. It efficiently processes high-hardness raw blocks and provides a stable material flow for subsequent secondary and fine crushing stages.
2. Secondary & Fine Crushing Stage: HPS300 Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusheras the core equipment of the production line, it adopts the principle of inter-particle compression crushing, with a large crushing ratio and excellent finished aggregate shape. Specially designed for highly abrasive hard rocks such as granite, it runs stably with long service life of wear parts, ensuring a stable output of 250 tons per hour.
3.
