The vertical mills developed and produced by Zhengzhou Oretek have been used for grinding hard materials, among which the vertical mills LM1500 and LM1700 have been put into operation and running for more than 3 years. At present, the complete set of equipment works stably and runs 24 hours, and the output of the finished products and the quality of the equipment make the customers very satisfied.

The vertical mill is used to process sponge iron, which is a high hardness and difficult to grind material. The customer tried the 6R series high pressure suspension mill, which is easy to be damaged and has a high failure rate when processing hard materials due to its spring pressurized structure. At present, the Middle East customer came to visit our company’s production site and plant processing parts, plans to be used in the production of cement additives. The raw material is 95% blast furnace slag and the fineness of the finished product is required to be 325 mesh or finer.
